I took part in Jack's 8 week challenge summer 2019 and started with quite low expectations of myself and my ability to keep disciplined.
From the offset however, Jack filled me with hope and enthusiasm about how this wasnt going to be as hard to do as I would think and that I would have the support of both himself and my fellow challengers to keep us all going.
I really enjoyed our early morning weekly workout (which is something I never thought I'd say!). Jack organized a workout plan which challenged everyone in the room but allowed for variations depending on our varying ability levels. Also everyone got tips and guidance during that 1 hour workout which I really appreciated.
What really struck me is that whenever I was in the gym independently jack always came for a chat and checked on how we were doing. On a few occasions he would even come over to slightly correct my form which I found so helpful, and really above and beyond as I was not paying him for that one on one time in that moment.
I ended the 8 week challenge coming second place and feeling AMAZING about myself. Since then I have left the country but Jack's programme has made a lasting impact on me and kept me enthusiastic about excercise and healthy eating.
He's honestly amazing. Full of enthusiasm, encouragement and knowledge on how you can achieve your results.
I would take part in the online challenge but I'm unemployed right now so on a pretty tight budget! I am still working out quite a lot though and have noticed my abs are a little bit defined for the first time ever! Hope all is ok with you and things are getting back to normal!
