The 12-week holistic weight loss and lifestyle course is designed to support individuals who want to achieve sustainable weight loss and adopt a healthier lifestyle. The program includes a combination of resistance training, yogic breathing, and nutrition coaching to provide a comprehensive approach to weight management.
What is included:
Resistance training
Building lean muscle mass to increase metabolism and promote fat burning.
Working one on with myself as an experienced Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach to design a tailor made exercise plan based on your fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
The resistance training sessions will be conducted in a supportive and motivating environment to help you stay committed and achieve results.
Yoga
The yogic breathing component of the program will provide you with tools to manage stress and enhance your mental well-being. Participants will learn various breathing techniques, including pranayama, to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and increase energy levels. The yogic breathing sessions will be guided by myself a qualified yoga instructor, who will provide personalized support and guidance.
Nutrition Coaching
