The 16-week transformation challenge is an intensive training and nutrition challenge for those looking to make a massive change to their physique.
This course is not to be taken lightly as it requires participants to be:

Hardworking and to be able to stay consistent over a 16-week period.
If you love the process of training and dieting to sculpt your physique and you want the gym to take priority over any other hobbies and social events…then this is for you!

What is included in the course?
Over the course of 16 weeks, participants will undergo a controlled regime of weightlifting, cardio, and nutrition coaching. The program will focus on building muscle mass, strength, and endurance while reducing body fat.
