8 Week Challenge Body Transformation Winners

The 8 week Challenge Body transformation

Over 8 weeks I took a group of 20 people and I set them all the challenge to achieve the biggest body composition change possible.

The group was made up of people of all ages, genders and fitness levels. Everyone had trained hard at one point of their life, but they had struggled recently to get the body composition results they so craved.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I gave everyone the tools they needed to get the job done. We started by understanding what was the necessary nutrition and portion size to start burning off body fat and building lean muscle.

Week by week, we progressed from one program to the next, steadily increasing the load, volume, complexity and intensity of the workouts.

We added new habits and behaviours each week, steadily educating ourselves on how to make this transformation a lasting lifestyle change.

You don't need to train 7 days a week on an extreme diet, in fact you can have great results from training just 3 days a week with a balanced diet. As long as you are consistent the results WILL come.

By week 4 of the challenge, you could see the change.

Everyone was experiencing brilliant results.

Some remarked on how they had trained far more regularly in the past and not seen nearly as good body changes.

I am incredibly proud of everyone's effort, but in the end someone had to win.  I had 3 finalist standouts, and it really came down to the wire to see who won!

OUR VICTORIOUS WINNER WAS KATHI BRIDGE WHO ACHIEVED THE BIGGEST TRANSFORMATION:

  • 9.5 lbs lost in total weight

  • Waist Line 3.05 inches lost

  • 5% body fat lost

CLOSELY FOLLOWED BY AZUSENA ROJAS

  • 7 lbs weight lost

  • Waist 2.15 inches lost

COMING IN 3RD PATTY ARCURI ABSOLUTELY KILLING IT FOR A SECOND TIME ROUND FROM THE LAST 8 WEEK CHALLENGE:

  • 5 lbs weight lost

  • Waist 2.5 inches lost

These were awesome results, but no one had to do anything crazy to get them. Everyone on the challenge had set backs, all challengers had small trips and holidays and everyone had a full time work schedule.

But they still had great results.

This because, yes they trained hard, but mostly they trained smart. Understood where to focus their attention and despite all the usual distractions that life has, they succeeded in their goal.

Due to the incredible success of ‘The 8 Week Challenge’ I am going to run another body transformation challenge again in March.

16 Week Fitness Challenge

Fitness is a foundation habit, this means it has a positive impact on other aspects of your life such as your nutrition, sleep and mental focus. For this reason it is a great place to start to develop healthy lifestyle habits. Here are some tips for maintaining a new fitness regimen:

  1. Be realistic. Build the behaviour first, then add intensity later. If you are specific about what you want to achieve and make the routine easy to begin with, you are more likely to follow through. Educating yourself on where to start and how to progress is useful to avoid injury and promote effective change.

  2. Be accountable. Most people find it easier to be accountable to a friend or a trainer than to themselves. Having someone to keep you on track for the days when motivation is low can be very helpful.

  3. Define your why. The reason you want to become fitter is usually not because you want to lose 30lb or because you want to do 50 push ups. They may be useful measures of progress, but the real why is usually related to having a healthy lifestyle. Maybe you want to keep up with your kids, ski more often, have more energy. This why is important to define, as it will help keep you engaged with your goal.

  4. Don’t punish yourself for little slips along the way. Remind yourself that a missed session doesn’t mean you failed. You are developing your lifestyle habits, and every step towards that routine is a positive one.

STARTING FEBRUARY

I’m looking for 5 guys who are 30 + and want to get into the shape of their lives in 16 weeks, with the option of taking part in your own fitness photoshoot at the end.

If you want to lose up to 30lbs of fat and gain a load of lean muscle this is for you.

However, this is not a beginner program and will require some gym experience as this is an intense program and shouldn’t be taken on lightly.

If you are:

  • Highly motivated and disciplined

  • Experienced in weightlifting

  • Hungry to learn

  • In a position to apply yourself fully

Then I want to help you achieve your physical peak.

You will get:

  • A customized training program, specific to your own physique and shape

  • A detailed nutrition plan with advanced hacks to excel in your progress

  • Weekly check-ins and 24-hour support

  • The skills and knowledge to make this a long-term and sustainable change.

  • Your very own fitness photoshoot to show off your results.

The challenge will be starting on February 15th and finishing on June 1st.

If you’re interested send me a DM or leave a comment below saying “transformation” for your chance to apply and i’ll get in touch with you.

There are only 5 spots available as I will be giving everyone a lot of attention and coaching them through the process, so I can only take on people who are 1oo% committed to the process.

If you are newer to training and just want to lose some weight, and learn better nutrition and training skills, then I have a 12-week holistic fitness lifestyle course that might be a better fit for you and spaces will remain open for this.
